Terms of Service

Every store has ground rules, and these are ours. By browsing or buying at www.bold-blue.com, operated by VN OPERATIONS SERVICES LLC, you're agreeing to what's written below — so we've done our best to write it the way we'd actually say it, not the way a legal template would.

1. Who Can Shop Here

You need to be at least 18 years old (or shopping with a parent or guardian's blessing) and legally able to enter into a contract. If you're buying a gift for a nine-year-old, that's great — we just need the adult to be the one at checkout.

2. Products, Prices, and the Occasional Typo

All prices are in US Dollars and can change without notice — what's locked in is the price you saw when you placed your order. We may limit quantities or retire a product at any time. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but screens differ: the navy hoodie on your monitor may be a shade off from the navy hoodie at your door. We're human, too — if a listing contains an obvious error in price or description, we reserve the right to correct it and, if needed, cancel the affected order with a full refund.

3. When Your Order Becomes a Deal

Placing an order is an offer to buy; the deal is done when we confirm and ship it. In rare cases — suspected fraud, a verification problem, or a pricing error like the one above — we may decline or cancel an order. If that ever happens to yours, you'll hear from us with an explanation, not just a cancellation email.

4. Payment

We accept the major cards and payment methods shown at checkout. Every transaction runs through secure, encrypted processors, and we never store your full card details on our servers. By ordering, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

5. What's Ours

The words, photos, graphics, and logo on this site belong to VN OPERATIONS SERVICES LLC. You're welcome to share links to our products; copying our content to build something else requires our written permission first.

6. Where Our Responsibility Ends

We stand behind every product we ship — that's what our Return & Refund Policy is for. What we can't accept is liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. In any case, our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, where we're based. Any dispute will be resolved under the applicable jurisdiction there.
